3. THIRTY MINUTES MODERATE WORKOUTS THRICE A WEEK HELPS FIGHT DEPRESSION.



4. DO NOT USE HEADPHONES FOR A LONGER TIME. REST UR EARS AFTER 1 HOUR.



5. READ LABELS TO FIND LOWER SALT, HIGH FIBRE & LOWER SUGAR FOODS.


6. USE COPPER CUP. IT PURIFIES BLOOD, REMOVES TOXINS FROM BODY.


7. TACKLE STRESS: MAKE UR MIND FREE FROM STRESS BY EXERCISING DAILY.  REDUCE STRESS: INSTEAD OF SEEING THE NEGATIVE, PAY ATTENTION TO THE POSITIVE.


8. BACK BONE CARE : ALWAYS SLEEP ON A HARD BED. DO NOT BEND WHEN LIFTING ANY HEAVY OBJECTS.


9. HIGH BP? MAKE BERRIES A PART OF DAILY DIET.


10. TOO MUCH SUGAR CAUSES HYPERACTIVITY, ANXIETY, DIFFICULTY IN CONCENTRATING & CRANKINESS IN CHILDREN.
